Banding machines

These machines are used for paper or PP tape banding of various types of products: forms, brochures, labels, parcels, finished products, promotional sets, etc. Banding machines are used in many various industries, including the food, printing, cosmetic, pharmaceutical industries, logistics, etc.
Banding is an alternative (faster, more economic and ecological) for traditional packaging with shrink foil, adhesive tape, etc.
The integral system of electronic temperature control ensures fixed welding temperature, identical for both paper and foil tapes. Loop size, tape tension, and tape feeding delay are adjustable. The digital display shows welding temperature, delay, and error code. There are three methods of activation of the banding process: by pressing a key, using a foot pedal or automatic activation by a sensor.
We also offer consumables for banding machines: brown and white paper tapes, with overprint, 20, 30, 40, and 50 mm wide, and PP (polypropylene) colourless tapes, 20, 30, 40, and 50 mm wide.
