Dispensers for glue labels: automatic

With the EME N series machines, you can easily, quickly and neatly label your products, envelopes, parcels, cardboard boxes, etc.
The machine takes single labels in specified intervals from the paper adjustment base, the label is automatically moved along the glue roller. The label with the applied glue is collected by the operator of the machine. Pressing the switch pedal starts the operation cycle of the machine.
The speed of applying glue on labels depends on their size, the machine may feed 800–1000 labels per hour.
The model is made of stainless steel, aluminium and brass. All parts in contact with the glue batching opening are easy to dismantle without tools to facilitate cleaning.
We also offer the BTL 210 labelling machine, which is used for applying labels on bottles, cans and other round containers made of glass, sheet plate and plastic.
The labels may be from 45 mm to 170 mm long and up to 210 mm wide, with the minimum label size 30x80 mm.
BTL 210 may be used by companies in the chemical and food industries and producers of beverages, for small production lots.
